We offer same-day delivery within Nairobi and its environs for orders placed before 2:00 PM. For locations outside Nairobi, delivery typically takes 24 to 48 hours via our trusted courier partners.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of payment options including M-Pesa, Lipa na M-Pesa, credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), and direct bank transfers. Cash on delivery is available for select items within Nairobi.

Do your home appliances and furniture come with a warranty?

Yes, all our electronic appliances come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty. Furniture items are covered against structural defects for up to 6 months. Please retain your receipt for warranty claims.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the original invoice.

Do you offer installation services for large appliances?

We provide professional installation services for specific items like washing machines, cookers, and wall-mounted televisions at a small additional fee. You can request this service during the checkout process.
